Josué Lemus

A professional ghead chef for 11 years, Josué came to Bermuda from Guatemala in 2013 with the aim of gaining some new experiences and expanding his already impressive knowledge of different cuisines and cooking styles. Having studied extensively at both the INTECAP culinary college and Galileo University for his degree in Food Science and Technology, Josué's own style is very simple; working with quality ingredients and experimenting with flavour combinations to create exciting dishes that please the palate. Josué has competed in several food festivals and competitions in Guatemala where he received awards in recognition of his culinary skills, and in particular his flair for decorative garnishes. He is the one responsible for making our food look so delectable!
