Devil's Isle Bar

All of the drinks on the Devil’s Isle cocktail menu have been personally selected by our Bar Manager Matt Francis to offer our customers a varied and appealing selection of flavoursome, beautifully presented and deliciously fresh drinks, with a few pleasant surprises too.

The farm to table restaurant concept continues at the bar, where no effort is spared in procuring the freshest and highest quality ingredients, from local producers wherever possible. We take pride in using our hand-pressed fruit juices, homemade liqueurs and flavoured foams to create truly unique and exciting cocktails. We also offer an extensive spirits list including several brands which are not available elsewhere on the island, and a number of beers and lagers with gluten-free options.
